To get started, login to your Kashoo account and go to

1. Click on Payroll under ADD-ONS on left side bar
2. Press Generate Token button





3. Authentication Token will be generated





4. Copy this Authentication Token
5. Login to your Winlogistix Account and go to SETTINGS -> General Ledger -> Kashoo Export > Setup
6. Paste the Authentication Token here and press Save button
7. Accounts created at Kashoo will be available now in Winlogistix Accounts Settings page
8. Select appropriate accounts against the required heads and press Save Settings button
   
   
   
   

Export Winlogistix to Kashoo


Load Export data page SETTINGS -> General Ledger ->  Kashoo > Export

Tax Returns Export


1. Select Quarter for which you want to export data to Kashoo
2. Press Export Returns button
3. Tax Returns for the selected Quarter will be exported to Kashoo
4. To view exported Returns login to Kashoo Account
5. Press on Expenses on left side bar, you will see Bills have been created for each Return
6. Click on any bill to view details

Invoice Export


1. Enter the Invoice Number range which you want to export to Kashoo
2. Press Export Invoices Button
3. Invoices will be exported to Kashoo
4. To view exported Invoices login to Kashoo Account
5. Press on Income on on left side bar, you will see invoices have been created
6. Press on any Invoice to view details

Driver Pay / Owner Operator Settlements Export


1. Select Settlement Type (Driver pay / Owner Operator)
2. Select Driver / Owner Operator
3. Enter the date range
4. Press Export Settlements button
5. Settlements will be exported to Kashoo
6. To view exported Settlements login to Kashoo Account
7. Press on Expenses on left side bar, you will see Bills have been created for each Settlement
8. Click on any bill to view details
