What is Comcheck?

Comcheck is a paper check which is widely recognized fuel and cash access card for the trucking industry with over one million cards in circulation. Comcheck is a card which is accepted for fuel at nearly every truck stop in the country and as a debit card for retail purchases most everywhere which is widely used in trucking system. Truck drivers can use Comcheck for their trip across the country.

Comcheck in Winlogistix

Winlogistix provides comcheck functionality. COM check is a payment instrument given by company to be used by drivers as an advance for the trip expenses. Comcheck can be created number of days before the trip.  A driver can be paid comcheck with the following functionality

• Trip for which Comcheck is issued
• Amount
• Fee
• Currency (CAD or USD)
• Comcheck No.

Comcheck can be used fully or partially in the trip. A truck driver who is issued Comcheck can use full amount of Comcheck or can use partially depending upon his needs. So when Driver or Owner Operator settlements are calculated Comcheck amount is deducted from the Driver pay.
