Definition: Order

The shipping order is issued by the shipping company to a shipper with a confirmed space booking (containing name, address and details of pick up goods), receiver which will receive goods (delivery details of shipping items / goods) at the receiving terminal

Order in Winlogistix

Orders can be created in Winlogistix from order setup page with following required fields

• order number
• order date (must be with in the loaded quarter)
• amount
• customer
• bill to
• number of picks (by default 1 is added, user can change it)
• number of deliveries (by default 1 is added, user can change it)
• shipper and receiver information in picks and drops

Other optional fields are as followings

• Customer reference / load no
• Custom Broker information
• Weight Units
• Load type (FTL/LTL)
• Instructions
• Pick up Detail Date, Time, Pick up No., Weight, Quantity, Packing Units, Commodity Details, Notes
• Delivery Detail Date, Time, Pick up No., Weight, Quantity, Packing Units, Commodity Details, Notes
