Order Invoice

All the orders created successfully are ready for Invoice create and print Invoice. Invoice number is automatically generated. Multiple Orders can be selected to generate invoice(s). All those orders whose invoice is not yet created will be shown with green background

Invoice in Winlogistix

Invoice in Winlogistix has followings

• Name, Address, phone, fax no. of Billing person
• Invoice no , Invoice Date
• Order no, Date, Custom/ ref no.  Truck No. and Trailer No.
• Shipper Name, Address, phone, fax
• Receivers Name, Address, phone, fax
• Pick up Date
• Delivery Date

Features

Winlogistix provides following set of features

• User can create unlimited invoices
• User can customize Invoice Printing
• User can add Taxes(HST/GST) to invoice(s)
• User can add unloading charges, Fuel surcharge or admin fee.
• User can also add other Expenses details in Invoice(s).
